There is no shortage of holiday cheer at St. Joseph’s Home, and St. Patrick’s Day is no exception! Our Residents eagerly anticipated the festivities, arriving in their best green attire and St. Patrick’s Day accessories, ready for a day of fun and celebration.
The highlight of the afternoon was a delicious meal featuring the traditional corned beef and cabbage, prepared with love by our wonderful kitchen staff. Adding a special touch to the day was Sr. Mary Timothy, whose deep Irish roots shine through in everything she does. With a heart full of kindness, she made her way through the Home, spreading joy and handing out candy to every Resident, Sister, Employee, Volunteer, and Visitor.
After a hearty meal and warm conversations, the Residents gathered in the Auditorium for a lively game of St. Pat’s Bingo! Laughter and cheers filled the room as everyone joined in the fun, making for a truly memorable celebration.
We are grateful for days like these, where tradition, fellowship, and love create an atmosphere of pure joy. St. Patrick himself would be proud of the merriment shared within our Home!
