ADMISSIONS

The goal at St. Joseph’s Home is to provide a loving Home for elderly who need long-term care but cannot afford the cost of a private-pay nursing home.

The admissions process begins with a phone call or email to our Social Worker. She will send you information about our Home and ask for preliminary information regarding your:

• financial situation
• current living situation
• current medical needs

If you meet our low-income requirements and your medical needs are within our ability to provide care, we will invite you and a family member to meet with us in person and tour our Home. This interview is our way of ensuring that we can provide a good fit in our care for you, and to give you a sense of what it would feel like to live here at St. Joseph’s Home.
