Father’s Day

By July 5, 2026No Comments

The Father’s Day Feast brought a special kind of joy to our community this year, filling the auditorium with laughter and the aroma of good food prepared by our AJJ members. Residents and staff gathered together to honor the fathers, grandfathers, and father-figures who have shaped so many lives with their wisdom and strength.

From savory favorites to homemade desserts, the spread reflected the care and dedication of everyone involved. The room buzzed with conversation as residents and staff shared stories, swapped memories, and enjoyed dishes that felt like home.

This year’s celebration also featured an open bar, adding a festive touch to the afternoon. Goodie bags were handed out as residents and staff enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere, and the visit from family members brought an extra layer of warmth to the day. The Little Sisters who joined us moved easily from table to table, chatting, laughing, and connecting with everyone in the room. Their energy made the gathering feel even more lively and full.

It was a simple, joyful afternoon spent together, the kind that reminds us all of how meaningful and important shared moments can be.
