This year kicks off our first Sanfilippo Concert and Estate Tour! Our donors and Residents experienced an unforgettable afternoon surrounded by beauty, craftsmanship, and the living heartbeat of mechanical music history. Guests stepped into a world where artistry and engineering meet, an opulent, theatre-like space filled with restored orchestrions, fairground organs, elegant music boxes, and rare instruments that seem to breathe on their own.

Residents were especially delighted as Jelani Eddington brought the massive theatre organ to life with beloved melodies including Moon River, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, and selections from Carmen. With the massive theatre organ expanded to command the entire space, music poured from every direction, pipes, bells, percussion, and special effects hidden behind a beautifully painted scrim. It felt less like listening to a concert and more like stepping inside a living orchestra.

Beyond the music, guests enjoyed pavilion tours, rides on the estate’s grand carousel, demonstrations of steam engines, and warm homemade cookies lovingly prepared by the Little Sisters. Every detail reflected the spirit of restoration, preservation, and joy that defines the Sanfilippo Collection.

Thank you to the donors and collaborators who made these moments possible. Moments where residents feel celebrated, inspired, and connected to something truly unique.
