St. Joseph’s Day

St. Joseph’s Day holds a very special place in our hearts, as we live each day under his loving protection and proudly carry his name.

St. Joseph, the quiet and faithful guardian of the Holy Family, teaches us so much through his humility, his strength, and his trust in God. Though he spoke few words in Scripture, his life speaks volumes. In many ways, his gentle presence is reflected in the life of our Home, where love is often shown in simple, faithful acts of care.

Our celebration began with a beautiful Mass, where Residents, Sisters, staff, and friends gathered together in prayer. There was a deep sense of peace in the chapel as we entrusted our Home, our Residents, and all who support us to St. Joseph’s care. We asked him to continue guiding us, just as he so faithfully guided the Holy Family.

After Mass, the joy of the day continued with our much anticipated St. Joseph’s feast. It is a tradition that brings everyone together in such a special way. Our Residents graciously welcomed employees to join them at the table, and what a table it was.

The meal was filled with delicious dishes, prepared with great care and love. From savory favorites to the many sweet treats that filled our dining rooms, every bite was a reminder of the generosity that lives within our Home. These desserts, lovingly prepared by our Kitchen, staff, volunteers, Apartment Residents, and Sisters, were a true labor of love.

As we gathered together, the room was filled with laughter, conversation, and a sense of belonging. It is in these moments that we are reminded that we are not just a place of care, but truly a family.

We are so grateful for St. Joseph’s continued protection over our Home. May he watch over each of you as well, blessing you and your families with peace, strength, and quiet joy.
