There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about a classic root beer float. Our residents got to enjoy that timeless treat together in the party room. The space was buzzing with conversation and laughter as neighbors gathered for an afternoon of simple, fizzy fun.
The event brought together residents, each with their own memories of enjoying root beer floats in the years past. No matter the background, everyone agreed that the combination of creamy vanilla ice cream and bubble root beer was the perfect pick-me-up. It was the kind of gathering that reminds us how meaningful these shared moments can be, small events that spark connection and brighten the week.
A big thank-you goes out to Paula and Cindy for organizing, scooping, pouring, and made sure every resident felt welcome. Judging by the smiles (and empty cups), this sweet social was a hit. We’re already looking forward to the next chance to bring everyone together for another simple pleasure enjoyed in great company.
