Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters at last year’s Amazing Grace Gala, we’re thrilled to share that both dining rooms at the Home now feature brand-new chairs, designed with comfort, mobility, and dignity in mind.
The Fund-A-Need initiative focused on replacing our aging dining room chairs with models that better serve our Residents’ needs. These new chairs are lightweight and equipped with front-leg caster wheels, making them easy to maneuver and reposition. Whether settling in for a meal or joining friends at the table, Residents now enjoy a smoother, safer experience.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Many Residents have shared how much easier it is to get comfortable and how the new chairs have made mealtimes more enjoyable. It’s a small change with a big impact! Enhancing daily life and preserving independence.
