Amazing Grace Gala

What a beautiful evening of grace, joy, and community we were blessed to share together.

This year’s Amazing Grace Gala was truly something special. With over 250 guests in attendance, it was a gift to see so many familiar faces, along with many new friends joining us for the first time. Each person in that room played a part in making the evening so meaningful. This year, we had the opportunity to celebrate the 60th year anniversary of our Home in Palatine and 150 years of the Little Sisters of the Poor presence in the Chicagoland area.

Held at Concorde Banquets, the night was filled with warmth, laughter, and a spirit of generosity that could be felt in every corner of the room. The dinner was one of our best yet, shared among friends who believe so deeply in our mission.

One of the highlights of the evening was the incredible entertainment by magician David Ranalli. His performance brought wonder and laughs to the entire room, leaving guests smiling and truly in awe. It was such a joy to watch everyone experience that sense of childlike wonder together.

As we looked around the room, we could not help but feel deeply grateful. Grateful for those who have supported us for many years, and grateful for those who are just beginning their journey with our Home.

The Amazing Grace Gala remains our largest fundraiser, but it is so much more than that. It is a gathering of hearts, united in caring for the elderly poor with dignity and love.

We are already thinking about next year and how we might make it even more special. With a community like this, we know it will be.
