This month, our Residents embarked on a delightful armchair adventure to the vibrant city of Hong Kong, without every leaving the comfort of our Home. The sights, sounds, and flavors of this bustling metropolis came alive through stories, music, and a very special culinary treat: handmade sesame balls crafted with love by Sister Christine!

As part of our cultural enrichment series, the armchair trip offered Residents a chance to explore Hong Kong’s rich heritage. From iconic skyline views to traditional festivals, the journey sparked curiosity and conversation. But the highlight of the day was undoubtedly the sesame balls.

Residents gathered to enjoy the treat, many reminiscing about past travels or sharing stories of family traditions. These moments remind us that adventure doesn’t always require a passport. With creativity and care, we bring the world to our doorstep and nourish both body and spirit! We’re grateful to Sister Christine for her culinary gift and to everyone who helped make this journey so memorable.
