A Christmas Season Filled With Joy

By January 6, 2026January 7th, 2026No Comments

This Christmas season brought such joy to our Home as Residents, Little Sisters, staff, families, and friends gathered to celebrate together. Every week seemed to offer a new reason to smile, and our Home was filled with laughter, music, and the warmth of shared moments.

One of the highlights of the season was our Resident Christmas Gala. Dressed in their holiday best, our Residents gathered in a beautifully decorated space to enjoy music by Johnny G, conversation, and a delicious meal lovingly prepared by chefs Tony Stallone, Art Greenwaldt, and their loving families. It was an evening full of joy and togetherness, one that made everyone feel truly celebrated.

Throughout the season, the festivities continued with Christmas parties, carolers filling our halls with familiar songs, arts and crafts, hot cocoa, and a special bus trip to see the Christmas lights glowing in nearby neighborhoods. We were also deeply touched by the generosity of so many organizations and friends who shared gifts with our Residents, along with special surprises prepared by the Little Sisters themselves. Each gift was received with gratitude and joy handed out by Santa Claus himself!

At the heart of our celebration were the sacred moments in our chapel. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, our Home grew quiet and prayerful as we gathered for Mass. During the Night Mass, our Residents carried the Infant Jesus and gently placed Him in the manger, a beautiful reminder of the love and humility at the center of Christmas.

We are truly grateful to all who supported our Home with prayers, kindness, and generosity. Because of you, our Residents experienced a Christmas filled with joy, peace, and the comforting knowledge that they are deeply loved.
